"It's so quiet" and "I'm so happy here", were the two statements that made me feel so good that my mother moved to The Villages of Clinton Pointe. Since she has moved here, everyone says that she has blossomed and seems younger. The clean, quiet building, the activities that she can get involved in and the friendly residents make for a great living experience for her. And I'm happy because she is happy.

When she needed more care, their onsite home care company was there within 24 hours to offer assistance with their professional employees who truly seem to care for my mom. Their help frees me to be able to relax and not worry about her 24/7.

To help mom find a place to move was such a difficult decision, but because of our experiences here, I always know that we picked the right place for her to call home."

My company has rented out a suite in a DIlusso Building for the last four years. Dilusso has been a great landlord. They respond to the very few issues that we have had very quickly and resolve them to our satisfaction. They are flexible and have been extremely fair to the requests that we have made. Damiano, an owner of Dilusso, even facilitated the expansion of our suite. The expansion took up space that was already leased out for the next four years. I was amazed at this because he basically lost two years of the lease on that space, although helped the growing company and the contracting company. We plan on working with Dilusso as long as we rent out commercial space."

Harvard Oaks is a wonderful place to live. Small, quiet and nicely finished on the inside. The pretty landscaping, friendly neighbors and dogs make it great place to walk around in the evenings. After 21 moves, this is by far one of best rentals I have lived in!"

Our experience with Harvard Oaks has been great so far. The location is really convenient for me because I go to the Lifetime gym every week. The premises are very clean and family-oriented, we take our 10 month old son out for a walk pretty much every other day and feel very safe. We have only been in the unit for about 4 months now but it has been a great experience thus far."
